Pilates is a low impact exercise programme suitable for all age groups and fitness levels. The focus is to develop core strength by working with the deep muscles of the abdomen and lower back. With practice, you will notice many benefits including improvements to your posture, body tone and flexibility. It is also a good way to relax and release tension.

An upbeat Pilates experience! Come and have the gentle nature of pilates moves with the focus and dynamics of a music based posture and stability class. Pilates Flow, the mind-body workout, was created in the 1920s by physical trainer Joseph Pilates. Pilates Flow methods can adapt, so that exercises can easily be modified in range of difficulty, from beginning to advanced, allowing people of all backgrounds to be able to participate.
