OPENING HOURS :

Our two Yoga studios and two therapy rooms are open Monday to Sunday, we do not currently have an onsite reception area so please email or call for queries.

FINDING US :

We are conveniently located in the centre of Biggleswade town only a short walk away (less than 5 minutes) from the bus and train station. By car you can park in St Andrews Car Park (1 St Andrew's St, Biggleswade SG18 8BA) which is opposite us (we are the big black and white building on mini roundabout next to Biggleswade Conservative Club).  This public car park is free after 5pm during the week and free all day Sat, Sun and bank holidays. Weekdays the first 2 hours is free, 3 hours is £1.50. Alternatively you can park in Asda for 2 hours free which is just round the corner from us.
