first time FAQs
Q. can I try one class before I commit?
A. yes, there are no joining fees and you can choose from one of our introductory offers, pay-as-you-go, class pass or memberships depending on how often you intend to come.. if you are interested in beginners courses we offer free tasters at our open day in the beginning of January and September.
Q. how much is membership?
A. we recommend that you start with one of our intro offers, however we offer a number of pricing options depending on how often you plan to attend classes. You can view all of our pricing options here.
Q. do I need to book in advance?
A. yes advance booking is essential - please visit our timetable to book. Once you have an account with us you can book online or via our momoyoga app.
Q. how do I book a class?
A. you can book your classes – online (just click the BOOK NOW button next to the class you want to book). You can also download the momoyoga App (you will need to create a login on our booking site first), any queries then contact us courtyardcentre@gmail.com
Q. what do I need to bring/ wear?
A. we provide mats and all equipment although you are of course welcome to bring your own as preferred. A bottle of water is a good idea. Wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in and don’t eat a heavy meal before class
Q. where do I park?
A. You can park in St Andrews Car Park (1 St Andrew's St, Biggleswade SG18 8BA) which is opposite us (we are the big black and white building on mini roundabout next to Biggleswade Conservative Club). This public car park is free after 5pm during the week and free all day Sat, Sun and bank holidays. Weekdays the first 2 hours is free, 3 hours is £1.50. Alternatively you can park in Asda for 2 hours free which is just round the corner from us.
