Kundalini Yoga with Saibhung Kaur

 Kundalini yoga and meditation promotes feelings of relaxation and well being.  A combination of postures, mantra and pranayama (breath), builds vitality, refines the nervous and glandular system and supports our ability to act and heal with awareness and intuition. With progressive practice we learn to combat stress and awaken the full potential in each individual.
